These gadgets are capable of gathering and evaluating a wide range of user-related health and fitness data, including heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen saturation, steps walked, calories burnt, and sleep quality. These gadgets can also give consumers feedback and direction in the form of recommendations, alerts, and reminders.

With more individuals realizing the value and advantages of tracking and enhancing their fitness and health, wearable technology has been more and more in demand in recent years. As to a Statista analysis, the wearable device industry is anticipated to grow from $34 billion in 2019 to $95.3 billion globally by 2023. Furthermore, a PwC poll found that 31% of respondents claimed that wearable technology had assisted them in reaching their fitness objectives, while 45% of customers claimed that wearable technology had improved their health.

As new and improved gadgets with more features, functions, and applications are being developed and released, wearable technology has also been changing and innovating recently. Among the advancements in wearable technology for tracking fitness and keeping an eye on health are:
